The Huskers stumble early, turning the ball over twice on special teams but rally past the Wildcats in a wild finish. Taylor Martinez accounts for 4 total touchdowns and brings the Huskers back from a 12-point 4th quarter deficit to take the lead late in the game. Sophomore running back Ameer Abdullah continues to shine in Rex Burkhead's absence with his third 100-yard rushing performance of the season. The Blackshirts hold Northwestern to 301 yards of total offense and keep the Huskers in the game despite 4 NU turnovers.
