All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Orders over $50 will receive free ground shipping and orders under $50 can select $4.95 flat rate ground shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will begin processing the next business day. All delivery dates/times listed below are estimates. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped as follows:
